Cadets bring home the medals...
15 cadets took part in the annual London Wing Athletics Competition.
| The event which took place at Mile End Athletics stadium in London is an inter-squadron competition, with Dagenham Squadron up against 30 other units. |

Dagenham Squadron achieved Bronze medals in the Junior Boy's Class 4x100m Relay, run by Cdt Mason-White, Cdt Holland, Cdt Sprought and Cdt Ballard.
Cdt Onyeka achieved a Bronze medal in the Junior Woman's Discus event. The Junior Boy's Class Javelin was won by Cdt Cook, on his first outing at an Athletics event with the squadron.
The team coach, Civilian Instructor Maxine Hopkins commented "The team did really well, I am really pleased with the medals that they won, the support from the other cadets on the squadron really helped them achieve this result". |
